NGC 3132, Eight-burst or Southern Ring Nebula
Date: May 7, 2008
Telescope: Celestron 11 XLT, f/5, CGE mount
Camera: Starlight Xpress SXV-H9C
Exposure: 9 5-min subframes (45 min total) guided with Meade DSI pro and piggybacked Meade DSX-90 at f/13.8 using PHD Guiding.
Comments: Baader UV/IR cut filter, 17 degrees above horizon, seeing was only fair at this low angle.
